Returns/Exchanges: We sell only high quality, new items. All items are sold as-is with no returns allowed. We personally inspect and ensure the quality of our merchandise before it leaves here. We carefully list our clothing measurements on each item and therefore, will not be responsible for size errors. It is the buyer's responsibility to measure their child before buying. On occasion it happens that the item you ordered doesn't fit and we will do our best to accomodate you provided you incur all extra shipping fees. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE YOUR CHILD BEFORE BUYING! That way we will prevent any exchange circumstances! Thank you for understanding.

Payment Information: We accept credit card payments through Paypal. If you don't currently have a PayPal account, it is very easy to get one, just click here and sign up. We also accept orders via mail or fax, but payment must be made with a Money Order. We do not currently process credit card orders via fax or phone, but keep checking, we may be offering that feature in the near future!
